At Believe Detox Center, our mission is to create a safe environment where every person can achieve physical sobriety and receive treatment with a clear mind and a healthier body. Recovery is possible for everyone.
Our philosophy
We treat the whole person
Substance use disorder affects thinking, feelings, and relationships — not just physical symptoms. We believe individuals must feel empowered in their own care decisions. Our treatment addresses the whole person: body, mind, and behaviour.
How we put this into practice
Four pillars of clinical care
A safe, structured environment
Our program is built on a medically managed model with 24-hour monitoring and observation. In the first 72 hours, residents are physically checked every 30 minutes minimum.
Evidence-based, abstinence-focused care
We maintain a fully drug- and alcohol-free environment throughout treatment. Clinical protocols are grounded in evidence-based addiction medicine.
Care that goes beyond detox
Services include individual counselling, group sessions, substance abuse education, family therapy, and self-help meetings with ongoing connection before discharge.
Personalized to each individual
Each resident receives an individual physician assessment. The program is open-ended with no-one turned away for clinical reasons.

Believe Detox Center serves adults needing safe recovery environments without acute hospital resources. We are licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and nationally accredited.
