My name is Tanya and I work as a Case Manager at Believe Detox Center. Once detox is complete, the next 30, 60, 90 days are when recovery either takes root or doesn’t — and that’s where case management makes the biggest difference.

I coordinate aftercare placements, family support, ongoing therapy connections, and the practical logistics of life after discharge. Insurance, housing, employment, sober support — the pieces that determine whether someone has a fighting chance starting Day 1 out of treatment.

The work is detail-heavy and unglamorous and I love it. Every successful handoff to outpatient care is a person whose recovery has a real foundation under it.
